Description: OTAVA® Team will replace legacy Monitoring system with new, distributed system infrastructure.

Purpose: Migrate distributed system into production, disable legacy monitoring system services.
OTAVA® customers should not see any changes in the services OTAVA is providing to them.

Estimated Downtime: Downtime is not expected (systems will run in parallel for certain time)
