Otava® engineers are establishing a maintenance window to perform patching on our Otava® Cloud Connect infrastructure at our following data center locations :

AU1-Austin
NV1-Las Vegas
MA3-Manchester
IN1-Indianapolis
MM1-Flint

These patches are required in order to continue to provide a secure and compliant environment.

Start Time: 03/19/2024 at 03:00 AM ET.
End Time: 03/19/2024 at 03:00 PM ET.

Service Impacting: Yes - Agent and Backup Server-based jobs, both for backup and restore operations, will not function until the completion of the maintenance window. MS365 jobs may stop or fail during the maintenance but backup jobs will resume once the maintenance is complete.
Clients will not be able to access the VSPC to manage or review backup jobs or services during the maintenance.

We will kindly ask you to check your backup jobs and restart them if needed once the maintenance window is complete.

Estimated Downtime: Intermittently throughout the maintenance window
