Service Impacting: Yes - Temporary loss of connectivity to Otava Cloud Connect (OCC) remote backup resources during the maintenance window.

Description: OTAVA® engineers are establishing a maintenance window to perform upgrades. Clients can expect backups to fail during the maintenance window. Backup jobs will continue during their next regularly scheduled backup window.

After the maintenance is complete, off premise clients can upgrade to version 12.1.2.172.
