Otava® engineers are establishing a maintenance window to perform patching on our Otava® Cloud Connect (OCC), Otava® Cloud Backup (OCB) & Server provider Console infrastructure at our following data center location: DEN1-Denver.

These patches are required in order to continue to provide a secure and compliant environment.

Start Time: 03/26/2024 at 03:00 AM ET.
End Time: 03/26/2024 at 03:00 PM ET.

Service Impacting: Yes
OCB: All backup jobs will be temporarily paused until the completion of the maintenance window.
OCC: Agent and Backup Server-based jobs, both for backup and restore operations, will not function until the completion of the maintenance window.
Running backup jobs may fail or be cancelled, new jobs may not start until the maintenance is complete.
MS365 jobs may stop or fail during the maintenance but backup jobs will resume once the maintenance is complete.
Clients will not be able to access the VSPC to manage or review backup jobs or services during the maintenance.

We will kindly ask you to check your backup jobs and restart them if needed once the maintenance window is complete.

Estimated Downtime: Intermittently throughout the maintenance window
