Description: OTAVA® network engineers are establishing a rolling maintenance window to migrate our Internet traffic from a set of border firewalls that are to be decommissioned.
To ensure a smooth transition, we will migrate each customer individually. Our maintenance window will run from 02:00 ET to 05:00 ET each morning, starting on December 9th and concluding on December 13th. If you have specific time preferences for your traffic migration, please reach out to our support team to make arrangements.
