Otava® engineers are establishing a maintenance window to perform patching on our Otava® Cloud Connect (OCC) and Otava® Cloud Backup (OCB) infrastructure at our following data center location: DAL1-Dallas.
These patches are required in order to continue to provide a secure and compliant environment.
Start Time: 11/21/2024 at 02:00 AM ET. End Time: 11/21/2024 at 02:00 PM ET.
Service Impacting: Yes OCB: All backup jobs will be temporarily paused until the completion of the maintenance window. Running backup jobs may fail or be cancelled, new jobs may not start until the maintenance is complete. OCC: Agent and Backup Server-based jobs, both for backup and restore operations, will not function until the completion of the maintenance window.
We will kindly ask you to check your backup jobs and restart them if needed once the maintenance window is complete.
