Service Impacting: Yes - Customers connected to the OTAVA® Cloud management portal may need to re-authenticate.

Description: OTAVA engineers are scheduling a maintenance window to update the SSL certificates on the OTAVA Cloud portal. Individual nodes will be removed from the load balancer and updated one at a time to minimize disruption. Services will remain available, but you may need to reauthenticate.
