Description: OTAVA® network engineers are migrating our customer Internet traffic to an upgraded border firewall cluster in order to increase protection of our customer production networks from external threats. During this maintenance window, there will be a momentary interruption in Internet service for a large portion of our customer base of 5 seconds or less. It is possible that existing TCP sessions for applications and services will be interrupted and reformed at this time.
Estimated Downtime: Up to 5 seconds of packet loss.
