Service Impacting: Yes, the following services will be unavailable during the maintenance:
Access to VDI management services
vCD Management Services (Client VM workloads won’t be impacted)
Environment monitoring
OCB/OCC Backup Jobs
DRaaS Replication

Description: To ensure continued security, compliance, and operational stability, OTAVA Engineers will be migrating the AU Infrastructure firewalls to new hardware.

As a reminder, there will should be no impact to running VM workloads or public network connectivity for customers.

OTAVA engineers will restart all backup jobs, replication and management services following the maintenance.

Estimated Downtime: 15-30 minutes
