Maintenance Window: July 29, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST
Description: OTAVA engineers will be performing scheduled network maintenance in the Mid-Michigan (MM1) data center to migrate select customer VDOMs from the existing firewall platform to newer FortiGate hardware.
Only customers included in this phase of the migration are expected to be affected. Those customers will be contacted directly through individual support tickets with details specific to their environment.
Affected customers may experience up to 45 minutes of network interruption during the cutover. The full maintenance window allows time for the migration, connectivity validation, and rollback if required.
OTAVA will validate routing, security policies, connectivity, and traffic flow before considering the migration complete.
No action is required from customers at this time.
