Service Impacting: Yes - Agent and Backup Server-based jobs, both for backup and restore operations, will not function until the completion of the maintenance window. Clients will not be able to access the VSPC to manage or review backup jobs or services during the maintenance.
Description: OTAVA® engineers are establishing a maintenance window to perform maintenance on the network that backs OTAVA® DRaaS powered by Veeam (OCC) & Service Provider Console (VSPC) infrastructure. This maintenance is required in order to continue to provide a secure and compliant environment. We will kindly ask you to check your backup jobs and restart them if needed once the maintenance window is complete.
Estimated Downtime: Up to 1 hour.
