OTAVA® engineers are aware of a service degradation with Encore (portal.otava.com) affecting clients with devices located at the IN1 and MM data centers. Encore (portal.otava.com) is currently available, however some clients will not be able to see their IN1 and MM virtual machines within the Encore interface.
